Matt qualified with KPMG before joining BPP in 1995.  During his time with BPP he held a variety of positions including Managing Director of Southampton and Reading and, more recently, National Head of Corporate Solutions.  Matt teaches financial reporting, tax and economics.
Claire Needham
DIrector & Tutor
Claire qualified with PwC before joining BPP in Reading in 2000. Claire was managing director of BPP’s Reading office before joining First Intuition. Claire teaches financial reporting, auditing and management accounting.
Jo Dyson
Director & Tutor
Jo qualified as a solicitor before joining KPMG in 1994 where she completed the Chartered Tax qualification.  She has 15 year’s experience working in practice at KPMG and Deloitte before joining First Intuition.  Jo teaches tax, law, business strategy and management accounts.
Ryan Hill
Director & Tutor
Ryan worked in an accountancy practice for 8 years before becoming a tutor at BPP in 2007. Ryan teaches financial reporting, auditing, risk, ethics and business strategy. Nominated for PQs Lecturer of the Year 2015!
John Bannon
Director & Tutor
John joined First Intuition from his role as an internal auditor and now teaches management accounting, economics and maths.  John brings a wealth of real life experience and enthusiasm to the classroom. 
Joey Harman
Tutor & School Leaver Programme Director
Joey Joins us in 2017 following twenty years at Kaplan.  She teaches tax, audit and accountancy as well as implementing our new school leaver programme helping students reach their full potential.
Alison Jaeger
Apprenticeship Manager
Alison brings a wealth of experience from her 13 years experience at BPP Reading.  Alison is responsible for managing student bookings, exams and generally keeping the rest of us on our best behaviour.
Ellie Polding
Customer Service Manager
Ellie heads up our customer services department.  She will be on hand to welcome you at college and is delighted to deal with any questions you may have. She is responsible for student welfare and generally keeping the rest of us on our best behaviour.

Iain heads up our exciting new Skills programme as part of the Apprenticeship scheme. His boundless energy and creative exercises help students develop the key skills and behaviours they need to be successful in the modern workplace.
